In order to build a lasting relationship with you, and to provide you with requested products and services, we need certain business and personal information. “Business and Personal Information” is information – oral, electronic or written – about an identifiable company and or individual, including (but not limited to): name, address, email, telephone number, age, identification numbers, income and debt information. |

As part of our relationship with you, we may collect, use and disclose your personal information to:

- assess your eligibility for products and services
- respond to your finance, insurance and warranty questions and requests
- arrange financing with accredited financial institutions
- meet regulatory requirements
We may collect, use and disclose your information with institutional lenders like banks, credit unions, leasing companies, specialty commercial lenders, credit bureaus insurance companies, warranty administrators, and/or any other person, corporation, firm or enterprise. This would only be done as reasonably required for the purposes stated above. Before using your information for any purpose other than those listed above, we will explain the purpose and obtain your consent. We do not sell client lists nor do we collect, use or disclose your personal information without your consent, except where authorized by law. WCF will not use your business or personal information to offer other products or services from us, from any companies affiliated with us or from any of our business partners. |

Your Rights |

As a valued client of WCF, you have the right to access your business and personal information and request changes if required. It is also your legal right to deny us the use or disclosure of your information for certain purposes, or to choose not to provide us with some or all of your personal information. Please note however, that we only collect information that is necessary to determine your eligibility for financing and/or insurance/warranty coverage, process your application and handle your requests. Therefore, should you exercise this right and refuse to provide the required information, we will not be able to provide you with the requested products or services. By providing your consent for us to collect, use and disclose your business and personal information, we can better provide you with services and products, information and counsel. Once WCF has arranged your financing, you may not withdraw your consent. This is necessary since we may be required to use your business and personal information in the normal course of handling your business, past and present. |

In the course of arranging, approving and funding your request it may be necessary for the respective lender(s) to contact you directly to verify information provided to them, from you, through WCF. This communication is important as it provides the lender(s) with a comfort of who will be managing its repayment. If you decline this contact it must be declared, when advised, at time of application. |

Maintaining the security of your business and personal information is a top priority. Only authorized personnel have access to you and your company’s information. Our systems and procedures are designed to prevent the loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction of your information. Our commitment to security is emphasized in our Code of Ethics and extends to the contracts and agreements that we sign with external suppliers and service providers. We will only retain your information for as long as required for the purposes for which it was collected and/or any legal or regulatory requirements. |
